Working overtime increases heart risk!

Working for 3 or 4 hours extra a day increases coronary heart disease. Studies showed that not only unhealthy food, alcohol and smoking is bad for your heart but that working overtime can cause heart diseases. People who work overtime have more problems with their heart. Those persons who are career-minded tend to be a Type A personality. The character trades are highly driven, aggressive or irritable. They also have little physical exercises because they will sit most of the time. They can do something about that area by taking a walk at lunch, staking the stairs instead of the lift and eating a piece of fruit instead of biscuit. However, studies did not find out what the reason and or connection is with working overtime and heart diseases. They will do more research with that the connection is between those two.

Well I guess it is not that weird that people who work overtime have more problems with their heart or even other health problems. They need to do more in a day time and that means that your brain and body are both working overtime. Without the long breaks or even stops, it is just a matter of time that your body gives a sign that something is wrong and that your body cannot keep up with you anymore. That also means more pressure on your heart. I think that if they go further with their research, employers will see that their employees have risks at heart diseases. Perhaps the employers won’t push their employees to work extra.
