Pupil 'has no memory of teacher attack' in Mansfield

A 14 year old boy does not remember being attacked. The boy had a fractured skull. The man that is being accused for abusing the boy is the 50 year old Peter Harvey who is a teacher at All Saints’ Roman Catholic school. The police had tried to call to the boy about the attack. He, however, could only remember being dragged out of the classroom. There was a witness who saw that Mr. Harvey tried to kill the boy with a dumbbell. He looked as he was possessed by someone and he kept on saying: Die, die die! Mr. Harvey looked really calm after beating the boy almost to dead. The reason for this attack could be because the boys at school where teasing the teachers and filming it for fun. The boy who was attacked also played this game. He denies that he had disrupted the class 9 times before this attack.

I believe this Peter Harvey has more trouble in his life then some students who are teasing him in the classroom. You don’t just snap at once. There are things that had to happen before this attack. Perhaps he had trouble at home or so. As a teacher you cannot hit or yell at the students. Students are the way they are, so the love teasing the grownups and definitely the once who show signs of weakness. I mean how hard did he hit this boy that he had a fractured skull as a result and the boy cannot even remember a thing. This man, if you ask me, is sick. Definitely after yelling die, die die! He should go to jail and get some therapy.

  1. I read more about this incident but I did not know that the boy does not remember being beaten. I think this makes the whole situation a lot harder to investigate as the teacher said he cannot really remember either, so all we have is the eyewitness statements and the man’s statement that he does not remember or felt like he was ‘possessed’.
